I whole heatedly recommend you eat at this restaurant at least once during your stay. You'll find it as you head into Lindos (from the top as if walking from the villa), carry on down the main street and take the second (or maybe third) right. Here's a picture of the entrance to help you. During high season booking is essential.

Pefkos Restaurants
The tavernas in Pefkos tend to be more family orientated and offer a wide selection of styles to suit all tastes including Chinese and Italian.
This cafe is located at the top of some stairs at the Lindos end of the beach. It's well worth the hike up there for a nice relaxed lunch with amazing views.
